Jonathan Karp
Jonathan Karp is Publisher and Editor-in-Chief of TWELVE.  He was previously Editor-in-Chief of the Random House Publishing Group, where he began in 1989 as an editorial assistant and worked for sixteen years, acquiring and editing such best-selling works of fiction and nonfiction as Seabiscuit by Laura Hillenbrand, Shadow Divers by Robert Kurson, Thank You For Smoking by Christopher Buckley, The Dante Club by Matthew Pearl, What Should I Do With My Life? by Po Bronson, Faith of My Fathers by John McCain and Mark Salter, How to Get Rich by Donald Trump, The Orchid Thief  by Susan Orlean, Franklin and Winston by Jon Meacham, Grace and Power by Sally Bedell Smith, The Last Don by Mario Puzo, and The Godfather Returns by Mark Winegardner.

   He has also edited fiction by award-winning writers Steven Bochco, Elizabeth Frank, Neil Gordon, Rupert Holmes, C.J.
